Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CashFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CashFlow mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using CashFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Eligibility

To use CashFlow, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are using CashFlow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Accounts

Account Creation

When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All content you create, upload, or share through CashFlow
• Complying with all applicable laws when using our Services

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CashFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Prohibited Activities

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

Content Guidelines

When using CashFlow, you must not:

• Upload offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Use false or misleading expense descriptions
• Manipulate data to deceive other users

Description of Services

CashFlow provides expense tracking and management services, including:

• Personal Expense Tracking: Record and categorize your expenses
• Group Expenses: Track shared expenses with friends and family
• Khata Management: Maintain credit/debit ledgers for your business
• WhatsApp Reminders: Send payment reminders via WhatsApp
• Settlement Tracking: Calculate who owes whom and settle balances
• Reports and Analytics: View spending patterns and insights

Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Paid Features

CashFlow offers both free and premium features:

• Free Features: Basic expense tracking, group expenses, khata management
• Premium Features: Advanced analytics, unlimited WhatsApp reminders, priority support, and more

Billing and Payments

For premium subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The CashFlow application, website, design, logo, features, and content are owned by CashFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to CashFlow (expense data, descriptions, notes, etc.).

By using CashFlow, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our Services.

Third-Party Services and Links

CashFlow integrates with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, WhatsApp, Google OAuth). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the third party.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is"

CashFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Conduct of third parties on the Services

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of CashFlow shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

Financial Disclaimer

CashFlow is a tracking and management tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data and complying with applicable financial regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CashFlow, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your content or data
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account from the app settings or contacting support.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some provisions of these Terms (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with CashFlow, please contact us first at support@cashflowapp.online. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Your City, India]. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CashFlow regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
